The spacious room was a quick sanctuary after day excursions, featuring ample toiletries and the comfort of a tidy environment. What truly captured my attention, though, was the restaurant's ambiance. Whether I was enjoying a business breakfast or a casual lunch, the setting graciously blended warmth with sophistication. I sampled local fare that was surprisingly innovative, showcasing the region's culinary scene. Each dish was an artful balance of flavors—an unexpected delight for someone accustomed to Ireland's rugged simplicity. With its prime location surrounded by cafes and eateries, the hotel serves as a perfect base for food enthusiasts.
