During my recent stay at Corsica Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary offerings at Corsica Kopitiam. As a landscape photographer, my travels often lead me to the coziest nooks, and this hotel proved to be one of them. The spacious room was a quick sanctuary after day excursions, featuring ample toiletries and the comfort of a tidy environment. What truly captured my attention, though, was the restaurant's ambiance. Whether I was enjoying a business breakfast or a casual lunch, the setting graciously blended warmth with sophistication. I sampled local fare that was surprisingly innovative, showcasing the region's culinary scene. Each dish was an artful balance of flavors-an unexpected delight for someone accustomed to Ireland's rugged simplicity. With its prime location surrounded by cafes and eateries, the hotel serves as a perfect base for food enthusiasts.
